Bagel with Cream Cheese and Lox Rosettes

Got three minutes?  Cream cheese, very cold, scraped with a butter knife, lox rolled into rosettes, a sliver of red onion,  briny capers and a shot of lemon come together quickly for your own five-star hotel breakfast at home.
